Annual General Meeting Wednesday 17th September 2025 at 5 pm at school
Notice of Annual General Meeting – Fundraisers of Skipton Parish (FOSP)
We would like to invite all parents and carers to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of our PTA, the Fundraisers of Skipton Parish (FOSP), which will take place on Wednesday, 17th September 2025 at 5:00 PM in the school.
FOSP plays a vital role in supporting our school community, and as a parent or carer, you are automatically a member. The AGM is a great opportunity to:
- Hear how the funds you’ve helped raise have been used to benefit the children.
- Learn more about the work of FOSP and how you can get involved.
- Elect the Executive Committee for the coming year.
This year, the following positions are up for election:
- Chair
- Treasurer
- Secretary
If you are interested in standing for one of these roles or would like more information about what’s involved, please speak to the current Chair, Mike Harrison.
As FOSP is a registered charity, all executive members also become Trustees. Before submitting a nomination, we kindly ask that you read the Charity Commission’s guidance: “The Essential Trustee – What You Need to Know (CC3)”, available on the Charity Commission website.
